Halloween At ASFM

Two giant babies and a T-Rex walked down the main hall to the cafeteria… no, it was not a dream, but the traditional Halloween costume contest hosted by Student Council.

During HS lunch on October 31st, dressed-up students danced in front of Mr. Gagnier, Ms. Cantú, Ms Castañeda, and Mr. McDonald to be graded using the 4-point scale to determine the winners.

But students were not the only ones to dress up this year. The 9th-grade team came to school as characters from Alice in Wonderland, while the 10th-grade team portrayed characters from Harry Potter.

This year’s winners and prizes:

1st

Giant baby duo (Juan Pablo Torres & Luisa González)

• 500 pesos in student store

• 10 VIP parking tickets (5 each)

2nd

Tie between the two blind mice (Isabela Cordova & Balbina Morales) and the T-Rex (Diego Bichara)

• 1 ASFM stainless steel water bottle each

3rd

Goku from DragonBall Z (Alejandro Gonzalez L.)

• 2 VIP parking passes
